If you want to become a member of the customer club, it is important that you read the below terms and conditions for membership so that you fully realise what the membership entails and what you accept as a member.

1. Terms and conditions for the customer club

You can become a member of the customer club in one of the Kaufmann shops around the country in Denmark or at our website

With your membership, you get your very own membership site at, which you log into using your email address and password. At the membership site you can see and correct your personal data and access all receipts of purchases you have made in the web shop. You can also see your value codes that can be used in the online shop.

Membership of the Kaufmann customer club is free of charge and with no obligations for you and you can deregister any time you want.


2. Consent to receiving email newsletters/marketing

When you accept these terms and conditions, you also consent to, Jens Olsens Vej 1, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark, CVR no.: 19098192, using your membership data for marketing purposes, including behavioural targeting. You will, among other things, receive newsletters, reminders in case of abandoned baskets in the web shop, inspiration and offers via email. If you add your telephone number and address to your personal Kaufmann profile, we may also send you marketing material via sms, mms and regular mail.


3. Terms and conditions for the customer club competitions

When you become a member in Kaufmann’s customer club, you will every month participate in a competition to win a gift voucher for Kaufmann in the amount of euro 100,-

The winner of the gift voucher will be drawn on the first weekday of every month. The winner will be notified directly and will also be announced here at the site. The gift voucher is valid for five years.


4. Abuse/liability

The password is personal and may not be shared with anyone. Kaufmann reserves the right to block access to your membership site if we suspect abuse or the like.


5. Processing of personal data

When you become a member of Kaufmann’s customer club, you have to provide personal data and during the time you are a member we will also collect data about e.g. purchase history. Similarly, your receipts will be stored. In this connection, we refer to our privacy policy, which you can find here.

7. Deregistration

If you no longer want to be a member of the customer club, you may deregister at any time by entering your email address here.
